Each team must consists of at least 3 or no more than 4 riders. Each team must complete 8 laps of the mountain biking course with each team member completing two laps, assuming the team consists of 4 members. If the team has 3 members then two riders will have to complete three laps. Each time a rider completes a lap they must tag off to another member in the transition zone. Whichever team completes all 8 laps first wins their race category and has the bragging rights to the race (not to mention prizes).
The course will be laid out the day beforehand however access will be restricted.

All bikes must pass a safety inspection, situated on site, in order to be used in the race. There will be a bike technician on hand to do minor repairs if needed. Bikes that pass the inspection will be tagged with the appropriate course identification.
