Cross-Country Ski Family Fun Day (Tentative Schedule)

OUTLINE ::

Come enjoy a nice recreational day of cross-country skiing and socializing, with family and friends. You can ski to your heart’s delight along some of the best cross country ski trails that Manitoba has to offer. Afterwards you can warm yourself up in our heated clubhouse while indulging in a steaming cup of hot chocolate.

ELIGIBILITY ::

The Birch Open is for anyone of any age that wants to ski.

EVENT FORMAT ::

Both classic and skate techniques.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS ::

  • Onsite registration in the clubhouse between 11:00 am & 2:00 pm
  • Event starts at 1:00 pm  and ends at 4:00 pm
  • Warm-up shack at half-way point where you'll find hot chocolate and cookies
  • Optional poker derby ($5.00 per hand) 
  • Canteen available in clubhouse (Featuring chili, veggie chili, soup & pie)

ENTRY FEES ::

  • $5.00 per person
